i have 3 phase at the pole outside but i'm not hooked up yet

i've just dodged it for a couple years due to circumstance

we own the building and all that shit so I can do whatever I want as far as machinery wise as long as I can afford it

but since we work with wood there isnt much call for a mill or anything

nice. i used to manage a shop and i could use all the machines however i wanted during after hours

i'm almost back to that point on my own now, but no mill yet, or wire edm

Wire EDM is really neat. My hackerspace was looking at a used machine being given awsy but we weren't sure what was wrong with it.

at my old school in the engineering department they had a bunch of cnc machines

it's a huge program there

i got a line on a 90s mitsubishi that came from a dental implements shop, but i'd have to see it under power and idk if the guy can even make it run

one of my old bosses bought one from the state auction that used to be at the school i went to, he's had it running once in 4 years. always broken down

nobody knew how to run it at the school

i had a late model mits at my old shop and i ran it 24/7 on big parts, and it would break down all the time
