You can usually find one at any health food or supplement store
Or just buy it online.
Or just not take antacids ?
My stomach has no problems producing the stuff

@FashyGoy1488 It actually does. The pain you are feeling is because of indigestion and/or a flabby pyloric sphincter which lets the acid up into your throat aka heartburn.
Both solved by more acid and less antacid.
