up to whom is to decide it if not up to the PM of the UK lol
this is about a deal
between a country and a union
both of which work on democratic parliaments
it's not a tyrant calling the shots
lmao based
EU agrees to rule out no-deal
all it needs it a print scan and some colours filled in
its up to UK now
might do that later
also dave you realise that UK can legally withdraw the article 50 until the very last day?
scheduled to play cs with an irl friend rn
they can call the whole thing off without asking anyone for permission
there was an ECJ ruling about that
no one wants that
may doesnt
corbyn doesnt
no one wants what?
if they wanted it they would've done it
no I mean peeing and pooing
just to be clear
>play csgo for first itme in ages
>get ranked SEM
<:haha:318675605233336330>
i dont care here if someone wants it or not, corbyn asks may to rule out no deal, you say she can't do that, I proposed one legal scenario under which she can
so thats it for me tbh
her being unwilling to rule out no deal is as much political maneuvering as corbyn asking her to do that
revoking article 50 isnt ruling out no deal, it's ruling out brexit
yeah
problem?
also ruling out brexit is also ruling out no deal <:haha:318675605233336330>
its one way to do it
Im also not sure May can unilaterally decide to revoke 50, actually im pretty sure she cant
revoking a50 shouldn't be considered an option in this discussion because no one considers it an option in the british parliament either
what do yo umean no one there are such people
like whole SNP for example
she triggered a50 without the parliament, then there was some lawyer that showed thats not quite legal and they did a vote for show
anyway yeah withdrawing a50 is an extreme scenario as of now
but delaying it not really
