Most of the work in Poland u get through agencies so u basicly have a contract with work agency, not the company u actually work for.

For example I was working in Corning but I had contrat with Work Service which is work agency

So lady from work agency didnt want to hire him cus he had no visa but to get visa he needs to put companies name there.

If he applies for visa work agency has to confirm hes gonna work there

but they didnt want to hire him
