we have a winter uniform
and summer uniform
winter is long sleeve dark gray shirt with black tie
black pants/boots

Well part of it is the history of America. Despite the cult of the soldier that exists in America, uniforms never got much respect in a country that was founded by ballsy civilian frontiersmen and hard workers living on the edge of civilization.
I think hadrian and VA had the right idea
would be nice to have a polo with our logo on it

the problem with people showing up casual, is in a melee, its hard to tell friend from foe sometimes. also logos could be a problem
