i dont like vegetables but ive come to the realization
that its a necessary evil

I don’t really eat root vegetables
its the one I prefer eating in between meals to add digestive volume
vegetable sugar is way better than processed sugar

theres 3g of fiber
net carbs is 2g
aren't those complex carbs

its barely any carbs so I dont count it
