any SURPLUS beyond that quota is free to be sold

They literally thrive by leeching western free market

There’s special economic zones in China where capitalism runs free.

Nothing gets more capitalist then chine

That’s where all the business is done.

But the specialized zones are fairly small

and most industry are still in the communist areas
