Double post that wound packing video. Fuckin sticky it. Stick the goddamn gauze into that wound until you literally cant anymore. Then wrap it in more roller gauze, Then saran wrap it *loosely. I cant tell you how many people i trained as a tccc instructor that was like "i put one fingers worth of gauze in its good right?"

I had to wound pack my own leg twice a day for about a month after getting bit by a brown recluse

wound got necrotic and they had to cut a good deal of tissue out

Yea its not fun and that was relatively small and took a ton 5.56 tumbles and is basically a huge asshole to medics
