I would hope. The way I hear it, the developer I go to has a historically much higher selection rate for the candidates he pushes through, so it's a little comforting

For those not informed, an IO is where we go into the bone instead of a vein. So when we push fluid, because of the bones structure it’s like an expansion from the inside
