Youd be fine. We have foreign pilots with beards getting O2 just fine
But that's the excuse thrown at us.
But for O2 you don’t need a full seal. It’s just O2
You can revive o2 without a full seal
Yup
I grow my mustache out of regs and keep my hair out of regs as a form of passive defiance
More middle management bureaucracy BS.
We openly defied our regs via misapplication of the US regulations as a middle finger to our higher ups.
Our current CO wants us to send him everything we want to post on social media so he can approve of it. So I got a few guys together and we blew his phone up with memes
That stopped the whole ordeal
Well I can understand that. A lot of SM blackeyes out there.
Rock whataburger sunglasses too. Also out of regs. Haha
Cant boog without orange sunglasses
I got one of those.
Haha
Because, fuck the guy to your left.
Good lord
Yeah that was from when I first mounted the chest holster. I later canted it, per image above.
I later swapped it out for a leg rig. I used the chest mount due to the amount of time we spent in vehicles. Yeah its a serpa, but that was back in like 2008(?) before that be report from the DHS came out that misrepresented them. SERPAs are actually not nearly as bad as all that crap you have heard about them.
I mean, I can see where the danger can come from with those.
I use a leg holster but have mine currently set up for my plate carrier because Im in a vehicle a lot now
Actually you can't because first off the danger was only from striker fire guns, and it was grossly over stated, the DHS case was based on only FOUR incidences and one of them was with a kydex holster not a Serpa.
The video I saw was someone who kept their index finger depressed through the draw and accidentally pulled the trigger. Was there a different reason behind the report?
I'm not completely savvy on this, never owned one, never used one
There was some of that. In the three reports that actually had SERPAs it was a training issue with the Glocks. They couldn't replicate it with standard SA/DA guns.
The other incident with the Kydex holster was because the draw string of his windbreaker got caught inside the trigger guard of the glock and because of its unsafe design, when he pushed it down into the holster it pulled the trigger and discharged.
It was really a perfect storm of the wrong kind of holster for the wrong kind of gun.
Any of you guys got boogmobiles?
Yeah its called a 9mm to the back of the head and drive bitch.
Lol
You dont keep your car stocked?
Keep a booboo kit, a first aid it, tools, lifeboat rations, water in my truck
Most likely if I get stranded somewhere I can hang out a while.
My car is mainly geared for work, which usually includes my gear and stuff for my job. First aid, emergency supplies, etc etc. But I don't stock it for some SHTF nonsense.
it's nonsense until it happens lol
You should have general survival preparedness man
OH SHIT GRID DOWN maybe i should've prepared 🤔
Yeah here that's called tuesday...
