Meh. Spending the day sourcing ammo which is a bitch. Local gun shop closed down last Tuesday, guy up and retired. Now I have to find a new source of cheap ammo.

Well they were selling Rangetime 147gr, 50rd boxes for $20 but they are out of stock.

I was in there one day and a guy just bought a .380

He looked at the ammo price and was like "nah" and left

@Killerratchet yeah there is one other gun store in town but his selection is kinda crap and his ammo is over priced cause he buys it all retial.

Yeah thats about what its like here. I was in there checking prices today and he had only three brands the cheapest was $25 for a box of 20 and the other was $36 for a box of 20

You probably live in a better area, more shops. I live out in the sticks.

It’s a good area for firearms in general. Lots of shops competing prices with each other

There is another gun store that has better ammo prices and a bigger selection that's a little further from me

Saw they had that semi auto M249 lol

Also held a SCAR 17 and it killed me knowing I wasn't going to be able to take it with me

I suppose a real stock would feel even better than a rubber brace

I shouldered a brace for an MPX and it felt good though

The brace isn't too bad, especially since its a .300 blk and even with supers there is no recoil.
