Well the original design was chambered in .38
Yeah due to the military using .38 special revolvers at the time right?
Then were like "Anything less than .45 won't do"
That was the standard round at the time. But Browning found out ahead of time that the military was looking at adopting the new .45acp round and so they made them in .45 acp.
"The gun that won 2 world wars"
Acting like the US military only fought those wars using pistols lol
That and the US didn't win either of those wars.
Technically whatever pistol Hitler concealed carried is the one that one the war
So it’s likely that the Mauser is actually the chad pistol?
The Tokarev was actually the pistol used by the people who won WWII.
lol yup
Don't tell the fudds that though
Hilter shot himself with a walther ppk
No way
England was the hero all along
Fuck those guys
Walthers are a german gun.
So
Is it not manufactured in England?
Nope
Nope Walther is still german
I just have it confused with something else
Always has been
Must
You only think that because the Walther was the reported gun of James Bond.
Oh perhaps
Though I must confess I’ve never seen a James Bond movie
And I’ve been ridiculed for having not seen it don’t worry
Only james bond movie I know is goldeneye
And that's because of the N64 game
James Bond is forced to use a Walther PPK(Its actually a PP) in the first Movie(Dr No) and He acutally prefered a Beretta m1934
I remember in this anime I watched "Noir"
One of the main characters used the Beretta 34 as their main pistol
First time I saw heavy use of it
Although I do cringe seeing guys get 1 shotted everytime by it lol
The 34 was chambered in 9mm short. So you can drop a guy easily with a head or heart shot.
For some reason I thought it was in .380 or something
.380 is also known as 9mm short. the 34 was also chambered in .25
ah
