That’s besides the point
Personally I believe automatic weapons should be legal for any citizen to get
@Itcilis Fucking this^
And arguments can be made for that but let’s not lose focus
The NFA was created to curtail the access to automatic weapons by criminals since that was, at the time, the only people who used them. And to make money off firearm manufacturing and sales
Personally none of that screams tyranny to me
UNTIL
You realize the true evil lies in the federal agency act
Hold tight I’ll send a link
Please do
Hopefully that works
I’m regarded
Retarded
I sent before reading
Pakistan lol
Sorry!
Hold on
Oh that’s why
It was in 46 not the 70s
The human brain is not perfect
Different name too ooops but it does what I described
So that’s how the atf gets away with the things it does
And it’s sold as a good thing for Americans
And some of that act does make sense but it’s when you look at fine print that you realize it’s not
“The most important act for federal agencies”
I know I looked retarded for a moment but phew I found the right thing
However I can’t find a pdf of the act
This is something the gun tubers should talk about
Some probably aren’t willing too
Well it’s not well known. Takes a heightened level of aspergers and paranoia to find this stuff
Basically puts power in the hands of bureaucrats.
Trump may not be any good, but I like his slogan. Drain the swamp
If you get kinda bored look into the careers of some of the people that politicians surround themselves with.
Bounce back and forth between govt agencies, never elected positions
I might be misreading it but it almost looks like someone or a group of people could legally disrupt the rule making process
How?
One of the tenets is that the public are supposed to be involved in the decision making process
But I’ve never seen a “join us at the ATF to discuss how to handle x y z”
