I saw an rdx recipe that looked as tho someone jammed 2 separate methods together and hoped for the best
the best one iv seen is like homemade c4 ok first step mix 100ml of bleach and 100ml of drain cleaner
i delighted it straight after

Drain cleaner is almost 100% sodium hydroxide which is a strong base, and bleach is just extremely dilute sodium hypochlorite.
Point being that that is not how you make c4
