So now the ATF arbitrarily decided over the night that the fostech origin 12 shotgun is an NFA item now

I've said it time and time again that with the bumpstock ban, government will just decide what's legal or not without even passing laws

And since they're guns it's ok to do apparently

That was an infuriating video. So apparently the ATF overnight can just reclassify items. Not even just reclassify but day “we’re banning this now and going to classify it later”.

Yup I may not have thought about getting the origin 12 but it does piss me off

Watch them do the same thing for the pistol braces

Although I wonder if that will motivate people to get SBRs off the NFA if braces get banned because you'll have nothing to shoulder "pistols" anymore
