Fair enough. Velcro would be a cheap workaround today and a stretchy material would be even better maybe.

I've also seen them like this where they used pins

They weren't made in to a tube they were just a long peace of fabric that was pined together once tight around the arm

The way I'd do new ones is make them a tube but have a section of elastic fabric on the back where it is hidden worth he good fabric in front where it is visible

Would cost a bit more and take more time but would look better

Yeah safety pins work just fine. I should have wrapped it tighter. In the future there may be some better way is all I'm saying, like a blended material that was able to conform to fit, in various sizes.

But you will still need to use a pin to hold it in place unless you make it so tight that you cut off circulation
