If you get a polish man and a russian man and call them the exact same, you'd get punched in the face.
But whether they like to admit it or not, they all share some similarities, especially with language
After all
They are Slavs
They're the largest ethnic group
And whether germans and swedes like to admit it or not, they all share some similarities. Especially with language, after all they are white.
It doesn't work that way dude.
Slavs are the only ones that can probably genuinely say that they share some things in common. Yeah they're different, but they're all Slavic nonetheless
swedes and germans are close genetically
close than swedes and danes
Yeah
More specifically in the North of Germany I think
But that still doesn't mean they are the exact same culturally
They're not, I never said they were the exact same
If you tried to mix swedes and germans into one nation, it wouldn't work very well. They don't have the same history. They don't have the same culture
They're not the same, a Czech isn't the same as a Pole or a Russian
But they are Slavic
And their language does come from the same tree
The only thing that conflicts the so called balkan culture is religion and nationalism
Which is something that right wingers don't understand
Obviously religion divides people.
Not sure how this is a strwaman though
Brotherhood and Unity
That was the idea with Yugoslavia
Right wingers don't understand that religion and nationalism can cause conflict and divide people?
No now You're strawmanning

Tito was part Croatian and part Slovenian
I said specifically in the balkan case. Theu just say "Oh it's cause balkans are destined to fight each other cause muh hooman nature" but it's obviously not
Im a right-winger and I don't believe that.
Well than that's cool
While violence is human nature and it's a part of us like it or not, it's not the sole cause for conflict
Wars are fought for reasons
^^Umm my point
Tito held it all together, then he died
Yeah
Partly his fault because he never groomed a worthy successor
Next thing you know, you have Slobodan Milosevic
