Well acknowledgment is where it starts. Keep asking why you feel those ways. Break it down, not you, but the feelings.

I was there, somehow came out with a complicated set of thoughts on how emotions should be. Which actually makes me stronger to a point.

So like, what I did was just kept asking why things are

Then I'd ask why once I got that answer

And so on till I realized most things are over thought or unwarranted. Lots of societal expectations and what not

That's it man. There really isnt a good answer.

My answer is we are here to make the world a better place for our offspring and tribe. Watching the world fall apart the last decade and probably a childhood of westerns have me consider I can be one of two people

I can be broken. I can have no morals, no binding principles like I seen so many do in college.

Or I can be strong. Have principles, have a set of morals, that I'd be willing, actually willing to die on.

So I attached myself to liberty, honorable behavior, and being a part of a group of strong like minded individuals.
