I am 245lb/111kg I have a bit of fat on me, but have broad shoulder, and am fairly muscular.

I cut trees down, and split wood with a maul all by hand, and work on vehicles all the time, so I have a very strong back as well, something people sometimes overlook until they need it.

I could definitely use some cardio, especially with my larynx half paralyzed, it can be hard to breath when running. Like breathing through straw.
