Hypothetically anyways.
Explain the logistics
That’s the biggest problem
I imagine you are all at least decent tacticians
But logistics is what isn’t getting considered
I mean no offense, but that’s why I wouldn’t trust any of you for full command
I understand that
I expect you can all get targets from around 200 meters with 3-5 shots
But after that I’m not giving you any more credit
Again no offense
I just haven’t met y’all, nor seen you shoot
None taken
For all I know you are all Special Op snipers
Im an infantryman. Ill hold my own.
I’ll give you 300 meters then until I see you fire
Ive gone to 5 with a mk12 i built
Still saying 3
3 at any given
I could even run a gun team
Besides guy with heaviest MG I’d stick with the Cessna
Anyways I’m disappearing for another hour
Talk then
Peace
Later wise, your insights are always appreciated
I'll attempt to explain the logistics, I'm non military so forgive me if I make mistakes:
Stage up in an area roughly 20 30 miles from Harare. Use basic trucks painted to look like normal everyday trucks, load these with supplies and arms before heading toward the city. 70% goes one way to fortify, 30% goes another way. The 70% should spearhead in without issue, find the building and fortify quietly as possible until the opportune moment. Once the 70% starts up their noise, the 30% is clear to move a little more freely.
Alternatively we just hijack rocket trucks and fire into the city
We want the resources and arms
Aight I lied still vailable
The problem is getting the trucks
And the fuel for them
People only think about manpower most of the time
No one has talked about food or water. Ammunition, ect. Beancounting is important
I would rather have to find fuel and trucks than be reliant on holding out with 10 men at a time waiting for the cesna to come back.
Only guarantee of equipment I’ve given myself is the Cessna
Not even I’ve considered it’s fuel
You’d be surprised the Grit a few guys can have
Theres a few folks here, me included, that don't have access to gear currently either, but wouldn't pass up a fight for Rhodesia
In Nagarno, it was 1v3 on the front
20000 vs 60000
Not only were we outnumbered with manpower
