I wear all my plates, back and sides too. I carry around 360 rounds in magazines and a spare 420 in my pack. My total weight with everything other than that and my other main main stuff comes to about 140lbs

I don't do full out sprinting much anymore, but I do a fast paced jog full kit every other day about 4-5 miles

When I tactically aquire a 240B, well this weight is all gonna go up, so I'm getting ready for that again
