there was a time when me and my uncles just spent christmas lifting weights and all my friends freaked out cause I was leaner after the break

Bruh I feel that. I spent weeks doing cardio and minimal bodyweight strength exercises. Within two weeks of lifting heavy I gained like 10lbs

I think it's ok, muscle is heavier than fat, so I don't think you should worry too much about it imo
