lots of gun fights happen within arms distance and in some sort of clinch, a wheel gun is the most vulnerable to going down while engaged in hand to hand, clothes getting in the works, ect

depends on the gun. For my duty, yeah a 9mm auto fits the job I need it to do. However, If I would carry a backup, it'd be a DAO ruger lcr in 9mm

Thing is I’m 5’4 and cant conceal a duty size gun proper without a ton of effort, plus their grips are too big for my hands

I do kind of like it for the ability to block the trigger by thumbing down on the hammer while re holstering so a button on my shirt doesn't cause me to blow my dick off.. Unfortunately its that same action that makes it vulnerable in hand to hand.

If you are big bellied get the one that attaches with bunjie cord instead of snaps, thats if you are getting a side car spare mag.

Cuz the buttons can unsnap if you have tight pants and bend over far and are still toting holiday ham around

But this one un buttons so i dont have to carry the spare mag

The side car attaches either semi permanently with bungie or with buttons that come on and off....if you dont want a side car they have other styles that are smaller because they dont interface with the sidecar

They do make a compatible version. But I am looking at gettinf a 320/m17. They shoot so nice
