I will say that insurance is another reason prices are so high as well as red tape
I just read a story about the FDA allowing foreign drugs to be imported for the first time
@dizzy from what i have read its ledd
Less
From Canada lol
Might vary by state
Though tbf not sure how I feel about a nation filled with sjws making drugs for America
Trump Proposes ‘Historic’ Rule to Allow Price Reductions on Drug Imports https://www.theepochtimes.com/trump-proposes-historic-rule-to-allow-price-reductions-on-drug-imports_3178363.html
Well if the insurance companies would stop giving them blank checks it might fix itself
Also, they make you hop around to various specialists just to get basic tests done
Paying each their fees along the way
@dizzy that might be a licensing problem
sounds probable
Nah its a red tape problem and a lawsuit problem
My mother had a test done called a tilt-table test. They set you on mechanical table and tilt your body up and down for the procedure, takes like 20 minutes. Eight hundred dollars.
Lord
$800 through insurance, or $800 direct?
cash pay
we have a thing where we get reimbursed, but we have to pay up front
Most providers give you a break if you pay directly
It was supposed to be $1100 on their payment plan lol
Makes sense
You see that same thing with government subcontractors as well
The gov just sucks

I'm going to love the 2024 presidential election
If Trump ends up getting the drug market fixed
Repubs will be putting up charts, saying, "oh hey, looks like the free market without choking regulation is actually working"
2024 will be interesting
If trump is pres again that is
He most likely will be
Highly likely, but no guarantee
No, never guaranteed
In any case wonder who the candidates would be for 2024 since trump would be out permanently
The establishments of the left hopefully burned to ash by then as well
Hard to say who might be up there
Trump v Hillary 2: electoral boogaloo

It seems like a lot of the Gen-Xers don't have a desire to stick around in politics forever
Not too educated with gen x
