In The Mouth of Madness is a 94 horror film by John Carpenter, staring Sam Neil. It is HEAVILY influenced by Lovecraft. The title is an obvious reference to At The Mountain of Madness, by Lovecraft, and the movies catchphrase "Have you read Sutter Cane?" is an allusion to "Have you seen the Yellow Sign?"

It's an excellent horror film, if you're into that sort of thing.
