And the facts involved
most today freeze when faced with a truly new problem no one else has seen before
fewer and fewer people grasp the boundaries of their knowledge, when they can apply it and when the prerequisites render it unapplicable
if there was ever an EMP, most people would learn real quick how dependant they have become
it is possible that I am wrong
it's also possible that once your parents are gone, the oppurtunity to learn how to do what they did to keep society from tearing itself apart will die with them
Did you know that depressed artists make the most impactful art?
that's common sense
at least it used to be
Art is about sellf-expression for the sole sake of self-expression
her drawings are amazing
some of the most incredible art has been done in places such as concetration camps where they beleived no one else would ever see it or in someone attic which they shared with no one and was only found after their death
producing art for a customer rather than for the sake of your own expression cheapens and devalues art
not always @ManAnimal
inspiration can strike
more often than not
Tfw no qt imperial officer gf
this is the reason why between 1960-1980, despite information not being readily avail, there was an explosion of impactful film, tv and literature
yet from 2000 thru today, despite the internet making it so easy to share, there has been relatively little impactful art that left the same long lasting impact
today, art is like sex.
Impactful art

It's ok to laugh.
Haven't heard of it
this book will be read 100 years from now https://www.goodreads.com/en/book/show/35038829-infinity-born
Somehow, i think To Kill a Mockingbird or Catch 22 will leave a far longer lasting legacy
nope
Oh, that's what you meant.
Books are going to be history.
Outside of instructional ones.
Well, i was talking about art in general
to kill a mockingbird is just about shaming white people
Star Wars, Star Trek.. most of Marvel.... all were new
that wasn't what that book was about in the slightest
the galactic empire did nothing wrong
