sim settlements is fuckin great

I just got all the latest stuff for it since modding up fo4 again cos I have the dlc now

It worked on one play through, but on another it refused to work 100%

Er not 100%

Around 40% of it didn't work

rise of the commonwealth, just set it and forget it maybe come back to like donate guns and food and stuff but you can set a mayor to handle the town for you with a preset build plan

Thing is... I couldn't set mayors

also got an addon last night where it adds a bunch more mayors like the named settler npcs

building settlements by yourself is fun and all but if I can just donate to a town thatll build itself and be more complex than I could have made it by hand then thats awesome

I did too but sim settlements is just better and you can make the sim settlement plots yourself
