if a user creates an account and lies about it, that's the social medias responsibility

anyone that doesn't follow the rules, social media won't just ban them, they are required by law to forward their name to the FTC for legal action

Sounds alot like 'Parental Advisory' controls

the FTC will sue EVERYONE

they don't run out of money

that's their job; to go after people

Sure, and corporations like YT, Google, FB, etc will pass some arbitrary policy

@ManAnimal and YT/twitter/FB and the rest have antitrusted their way into other businesses and forced them to shut down, no alternatives

Those lawsuits are scarcely a drop in the bucket on capital divestment.

The FTC hasn't been enforced

it's how we got here

they are a gov watch dog

the FTC isn't a law

they enforce the law

they haven't been doing their job

they only enforce the law if people complain

...which is heavily influenced by lobbyists, and historically has made a small splash in the ocean that is social media.
