As far as uniforms go, im mixed. I really don't see a point. I don't like the idea of physical punishment, because it has been proven to not be efficient.

Negative punishment (taking away a positive stimulus) is much more effective at reinforcing behaviors than positive punishment (introducing a negative stimulus).

Both genders will receive equal opportunities. I think that we are entering a new age, our advancing civilization simply doesnt need the traditional family unit anymore.
