hello animal
we don't need to prove anything. Objective morality is necessary and without it a society will collapse. This has been proven time and time again
You also had the mesoamerican peoples who sacrificed their own and muslims who believe it's moral to force women to wear a garbage bag
ok. that doesnt mean its real
your appealing to concequences
"bu bu bu bu neil degrasse tyson aid!"
its fallacious
"but muh science said!"
you are not smart
i never said that lol
I said your reasoning is fallacious
so lets try again
demonstrate objective morality is real

easy: read the bible.
no
Ethics and moral arguments are going to be unscientific or more likely by these sorts, pseudoscientific
i don't have any reason to believe your bronze age book is factual
I have read the bible, it is not a historical record lol
so lets try again
demonstrate objective morality
i just did
you refused to believe it
or at least demonstrate your god is real, and that the bible is his word
It is the ramblings of people who believed god created a worldwide flood and made a virgin pregnant
ikr
the bible makes all kinds of batshit crazy claims
all of which contradict...welll...pretty much everything we observe in nature
lmao @ 6 day creation
Religion is the foundation of each and every society. Society does not create religion; meme theory and cultural evolution states that religion creates the society. Religion is the most important single factor on which shape a society will take. You can't remove religion in a society
i don't care
what
what does that have to do with anything?
Extraordinary claims which contradict observed science require extraordinary evidence that proves the empirical observations were wrong for whatever reason
Because religion is the mortar which binds the individual bricks forming the society together into a wall. Religion is not for individuals, it is for the society. Remove the mortar and all you have is a heap of bricks, which will fall at the slightest push. Religion is also the foundation upon which all ethics and all values, the way we relate to our society, the way we relate to other people, the way we relate to strangers and the way we relate to people outside our in-group is built.
I don't care how unbelievable you find Christianity. You need it, or else it will be filled with another religion.
