@DoobyCooby They can be taken care of in recovery until they are able to work again, if they are permanently handicapped both physically and mentally - they go to a care home because they cant readjust into society anyways

@DoobyCooby Even more work, of course there is phycological help - but work is proven to be an extremely good tool. Have them run as well, running on a daily basis significantly reduces drug use - hell i'd be fine with prison track teams
