looks good
people are looking at efficiency incorrectly
do mine
if that's the case
modernity's efficiency has comfort in mind
cohesiveness and moral standards are ultimately what humanity should seek
moral standards hold back progress and growth.
they trap and confine.
define progress
people have access to everything now, kids included, which means they can afford to be independent sooner and be as knowledgeable or more than their parents at a young age
>progresses to moral standard
>holds back progress
that immediately nullifies the need for the "nuclear family" model
progress is not something dialectically defined
lucipher wanna read a short story?
the internet was a better parent than my parents.
same
same
@Tom Index sure. im game.
@Bolsapryca lack of a guiding hand can often lead to poor choice- i'm not saying that independence should be totally purged, yet coerced in a proper direction
there is never a lack of guiding hand. the only way to properly be a human being is to learn to guide yourself.
through trial and error.
I am 100% sure parents or no parents I'd turn out sorta the same person as I am today. I will say that bring brought up in a toxic family made me into a better/stronger person.
not everybody has resolve
you ARE the guiding hand, and parents would rather guide how you grow so they can grow you into what they want to see, versus what you are supposed to be.
back then young people thought smaller and adults were trapped in limited archetypal roles, now there are more choices for everyone so that's probably why it looks chaotic for most conservatives
but it's developement
not sure if its reslove or becoming numb at a early age and seeing the world for it really is, full of BS lies.
that's another point
questioning the established
it's a new thing
for the general public
the hippies and beatnicks and dadaists questioned the establishment.
it isn't new.
oh
and the gnostics
they were burnt at the stake for asking too many questions.
