the plan is to get my license to sell real estate and a few different types of insurance, then go work for some huge housing group, save up while I'm there, find a really good deal on a house and snatch it up myself, move in to one room there, rent the rest out at a rate that covers the mortagage+ a little extra for me, split utilities, repeat process until can afford another property
