2019-11-17 13:15:27 UTC

Mhm. Unless if they pinged a group, probably so.

2019-11-17 13:15:37 UTC

2019-11-17 13:15:41 UTC

yeh

2019-11-17 13:16:13 UTC

There's no reason to be paranoid about pings here, I don't think anyone's watching you from Discord

2019-11-17 13:16:15 UTC

kosmos what is your stance on meyers briggs

2019-11-17 13:16:49 UTC

I know.

2019-11-17 13:17:30 UTC

But it ain't just that, I usually hear weird things that don't usually happen, and I know that for a fact.

2019-11-17 13:17:46 UTC

Like I said, I'm paranoid.

2019-11-17 13:17:53 UTC

I have no real absolute 'stance' on it but I would concede that the methodology employed on certain tests, particular the most common available online can yield slightly inaccurate results due to the manner in which the questions are asked. As far as its usefulness, I do believe that the varying typologies do, in fact, represent very real 'types' of people that can easily be observed

2019-11-17 13:17:58 UTC

Makes me want to punch a wall.

2019-11-17 13:18:40 UTC

Plus I have anxiety 'bout things.

2019-11-17 13:19:12 UTC

The frustration you feel is only a manifestation of helplessness and a desire to regain control of something in your environment, the core components responsible for creating this fear in you is what should be examined

2019-11-17 13:19:36 UTC

i think it's oversimplified archetypes

2019-11-17 13:19:40 UTC

Who the fuck let girls into my acropolis

2019-11-17 13:19:44 UTC

But that isn't to say it should be dismissed, only examined, because unlike what many will tell you, there are very real reasons for paranoia in this life

2019-11-17 13:19:53 UTC

Even online actually

2019-11-17 13:20:41 UTC

Well yeah, it could easily be construed as oversimplification but if one looks at it as a broad overview of 'types', I would still maintain that it's, at least, roughly accurate in describing human types

2019-11-17 13:21:09 UTC

the internet is an entity, evolving at a rapid pace, much faster than we can imagine. it is learning documenting everything it learns about humanity and the world we live in

2019-11-17 13:21:17 UTC

The reasons behind why individuals may possess certain traits, how they manifested and what motivates X or Y in them is another matter

2019-11-17 13:21:19 UTC

Internet isnt learning

2019-11-17 13:21:24 UTC

Try again

2019-11-17 13:21:38 UTC

Would you stop?

2019-11-17 13:21:38 UTC

of course it is

2019-11-17 13:21:41 UTC

Ffs.

2019-11-17 13:21:45 UTC

we are teaching the internet everything we know

2019-11-17 13:21:53 UTC

You guys are right.

2019-11-17 13:21:53 UTC

Internet isnt sentient

2019-11-17 13:22:01 UTC

Shut it.

2019-11-17 13:22:02 UTC

i didn't say the internet is sentient

2019-11-17 13:22:03 UTC

The 'intelligence' it may possess is only what is fed into it

2019-11-17 13:22:03 UTC

Ffs.

2019-11-17 13:22:11 UTC

Mhm.

2019-11-17 13:22:14 UTC
