when i first called they said their detectives were tied up and that theyd have one call back, i blocked my number when calling. i asked them if it was an anonymous tip and they said yes but theyd need a number to call me back so i gave them a google number. the detective called back an hour later and i asked him where i could send the screenshots and video, he gave me an email. i gave him the information and explained the situation then a description of thralled. i told him i had his home address which is where the crime was committed in his jurisdiction. he asked for it and i gave it to him. then when he entered it in he was like "Oh! I know who this is. He was just hospitalized, don't worry he won't be able to do anything like this he's going to be there for a long time. Like you said, he has mental issues so he's in treatment right now" I asked him if he wanted me to still send the files and he said "yes, send them to the email and ill make sure to put it in his case notes, but you dont need to worry, hes in treatment"
then i thanked him and got off the phone
