Just as I was getting back from the hospital after getting the cyst out. Putting my bike away, which is next to the dumpsters

I need to lose some weight.

I don't even care if I gain it right back. That'd be fine.

Just have to lose it now.

Now that I'm on hormones, any regained weight will collect in different, better spots.
