I've got this as a piece of art for a video similar to something like Sargon's videos, but I need help as to where I should put the character. any suggestions?

I'm thinking I should have him leaning against the railing or sidding on the bollard, but I have no idea of the scale from that view/angle so I'm also worried about making a six-foot-tall character over or under his true height
