i’ve tried that and many types of acetaminophen but i think my body’s just become immune to them bc i’m constantly using them for headaches

Because it's dietary, but the symptoms seem almost irrelevant to diet

If you've become immune to acetaminophen try ibuprofen or aspirin

Try switching between things like Tylenol and ibuprofen

Switching between NSAID and non NSAID pain relievers

Nsaids are more hard on your liver but if you are only using them intermittently it's better.
