Same mimikyu
It really depends on how the individual plans to use it.

And what path they take and how successful they are.
Ideally, people want hard workers with comprehensive logic.
I'm looking for statistics hold on
The closest place for me to get a Game and Interactive Media Design degree is all the way up in Chicago.
Ouch lol
Don't get shot
lmao
Okay
So
I am hoping to go to Digipen or VFS.
The top 5 paying degrees are all STEM
the bottom 5 paying degrees are all Art based
I want something in the science, writing, or political field
Or math too
well duh
most people who get art degrees dont only get art degrees
I wonder how much a game designer makes.
a lot if its a good game
while the amount of jobs for STEM is going up
@Maya Amano It depends on whether you are an indie or work for a company + depends on skill
Your point is?
the idea of art and medium is changing
that is part of the reason
i argue that games design need be counted as art
I am trying to go to Digipen, so I have a chance to go to the big companies.
So my point is, it makes STEM inherently better and Art inherently worse
if you are dumb enough to only get an art degree, you're very un educated on how to make money
unless you go to my college
art still has its place
Gen Ed requires ECON 201, even for art
and it still has a market
here where i am
Is Digipen a good college?
for-profit
bit frightening
okay very frightening
