The email was my issue because it had my old name in it. Didn't matter if anything else could be renamed. The email is locked and they refuse to support changing your email address.

Maybe in five more years they'll change their mind.

It weirds me out because his voice reminds me of this other guy who has a thicker accent so I feel he's trying to change himself. But I don't particularly have any problem with the video.
