There's one upside.

She's crazy. And mean to everyone in the family and they all know it and don't like it and don't really listen to her crazy rants. And really her bark is worse than her bite.

Two cousins know. my half brother knows (it's complicated, more on that in a bit) and one sister knows and my other mom knows (told you it's complicated)

My birth mom and adopted mom are sisters. I was taken in to live with them when I was about six months old, my parents got in trouble and lost custody permanently, and about two years later my aunt and uncle adopted me. So I grew up with them and they're now my parents.

My birth mom is another kind of crazy. She's just out of her mind and paranoid. But not particularly selfish or dangerous like the other one.

She once told me she thought I was trans and into guys. This was deep in my denial phase. I didn't think much of it because the *very* next thing she said was that she thought quantum physics was a government mind control conspiracy.

So yeah...

Well that's why I'm not 100% upset. It'd have been a disaster if she raised me.
