or both
The bigger problem can be that developers arent able to let go of bad ideas and start from scratch.
that 2
There's many factors to why people can like or hate a game
but some people always like to have it split between the "Your either with us or against us"
That kind of Mentality causes people to hate any game no matter what good qualities it has
it's Tribalistic
and I've seen this increase a lot this year
I bet theres people who will hate my current game project because its not like "COD".
or something they personally want isn't in it
or something that they don't like is in it but someone else likes it
like how Dead Rising took out the time limit
people like it, people don't like it
both bring up good points, but I personally want to explore the map and not worry about getting a bad ending
though, there is sadly only 1 ending, and Capcom is making Overtime a DLC
which is a bad idea
It's why I avoid a lot of gaming communities. Inevitablly you have a lot of the crazies ruining the fun.
I'm so casual of a gamer I probably piss a bunch of hardcore gamers off 😛
IE: Playing Witcher 3 at the lowest difficulty and only really caring about the story.
Well it does have a good story.
I've gone through most of DOOM 2016 forgetting theres even an upgrade system.
xdddd
My sisters boyfriend had to point it out, and I had a shit ton of points stocked.
gg
I'm getting Dead Rising 4 for the Multiplayer
they Added a Turreted Humvee Vehicle, Gonna cause chaos with 3 of my friends, we're gonna be like the Inmates from the first game
I'm replaying the Mass Effect trilogy so I can get it in before Andromeda is released.
I play on the highest difficulty setting, Insanity.
I need to play that trilogy one day.
It's good.
I never had a chance to play the games while they were hot, and I only ever invested in game franchises I knew for certain were "good".
The new game, Andromeda, is a spin-off of Mass Effect 2 and bypasses Mass Effect 3's branching, and controversial, ending.
wait
Is there free roam multiplayer in Dead Rising 4??
if there isn't, I'm going to be fucking pissed
It's set in the Andromeda Galaxy, hence the name. And the characters in it have no idea what happened back in the Milky Way after they left so the ME3 ending choice is not relevant to the game. So they don't have to do drastic changes to accomodate for player choice in the trilogy.
That also means no returning characters, because they all went onto Mass Effect 3, this one spins off during Mass Effect 2.
I always love discussing science
it's so interesting
I also take a Games Design Class in my School
