If I'm going to be a Voice Actor, I have to start somewhere. I have to be able to get money to make things work. And I have a Real Estate business set up for me. I can't just toss it, because Real Estate is sustainable. I'd be a moron not to take advantage of it.
But this means I'm stuck here.
Then do it, and make voice acting a side passion. Again, no one I know starts their dream job the first job.
I mean, you can work on voice acting AND real estate. There's no rule saying you can only do one.
