I'm building my own private Fallout 2 multiplayer server

and the source code is a fucking mess but it works by some manner of space magic

Well here's the gist of my problem

The out of the box source for parameters.dll and client_parameters.dll does not compile

So I've tried a billion fucking solutions like even just trying to completely circumvent the need for making edits to the dll files at all since the game also now has an external scripting solution through a custom .fos file format

since I can't make any original .cpp edits
