I don't understand why the non-emergency numbers are so hard to find.

I've been in a police department twice and both times it was to turn in lost property I had found.

Hardly an emergency.

Could probably Google it but the shitstorm that would follow would be immense. The cop would show up, my dad would probably fucking tell him I'm crazy, and then he would leave because that's how they work here.

if you call the police, tell the mthe situation and tell them the proof is that your car is damaged, and also ask them to ask for your licence. Then when they come and ask...then your mother may be forced to hand over your licence, then the police officer gives it back to you?

IT's like people wonder why there are so many criminals ...could it be that parents are so controlling that they don't allow their children to succeed and thus have to resort to drastic measures to make money to get out of their situation.
