yeah, I'm doing daily routines
Thats helped me in the past with mental shit
I've never considered myself having mental issues
I'm actually considering myself to be quite healthy
Everybody has to deal with mental issues at some point in their life.
Some are phases, some are chronic, some are just due to diet and exercise.
Its just for the past month or so, I notice myself thinghing stuff that I dont notice or whispering weird things and shit about waiting for it to end or something, and I dont even notice until someone tells me "wtf?"
I think I'm just having a bad day because of PhD pressure and sleep derpevation
I think if there was a pokemon game on a console, it would have to be multiplayer, bc one of the biggest goals for pokemon is communication
