the reason we drink sweet tea in the south is bc its 1000 degrees all the time

Not even kidding, it's the best drink you can get, it hydrates you, it can warm you up and cool you down

it has never cooled me down

Plus you get the water hot enough you can drink dirty diseased water and it's fine to drink with tea

you dont boil it

Because not only tea can clean it a little, the boiling water kills a lot of the bacteria

so its not exactly purified
