The good thing about RE1 was the difficulty of not finding enough bullets and the balance between action and puzzles

The Tingle Tuner, while annoying, still was an important part of the game and the Wii U was perfectly suited to implement it with its gamepad. But it was replaced with a stupid ass social mechanic instead.
And the main quest was cut down in length. It was already very short.
