I don't mind if he plays either, but I try to make time for him when I can, and when we do have the opportunity to hang out it's just a bit disappointing when he'd rather play a game.

Idk, I just don't wanna seem clingy. I had asked him if me asking him to hang out as frequently as I could annoyed him and he said no. The only thing he found annoying that day was how affectionate I was towards him in the shop we were in that day. I wasn't doing much of anything though.
