it's weird how quickly he grew without us really realizing it

we didn't really notice how big he'd gotten until we got the kittens

hope they live as long as my first cat. he died in his mid 20s

We had a cat named Lizzy that was about 15 years old but she ran away a few months agp

i'm always afraid that'll happen with mine so we never let them out the house

i always freak out when they dart out the front door

My brother had accidently left the door open and she ran out and we never saw her again

that's really sad. that almost happened with Koa (the 2 year old) once because he got out and my dad was too fuckin lazy to go get him so he just let him run around out there for a bit

She never liked being outside but was still curious so we just assumed she would come back in a hour or two

She was probably picked up by someone else
